How can I find my photos?
Click on the event you attended. Then enter your exact and complete email address in the "Enter email address" field, the same one you used when registering for the event. You will then be prompted to enter a security code that will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. If our system has identified you, it will display photos of you in a short moment.
Why do I need to enter both my registration email and a code to view my photos?
The code is a unique two-step authentication identifier that ensures that no third party can access your photos. This helps protect your personal data.
I couldn’t find my photos

After entering my email address in the search field, my photos are not displayed
You did not give consent to send the photos. Please write to info@zosportu.sk and send us your consent afterwards to receive the photos
How do I place an order?
Carefully select the photos and the number of images you like, then click the "Purchase" button below the photo. If you have finished shopping, move your selection to the cart by clicking the cart icon (orange number on the icon). In the cart, fill in all your details, including payment information.
What if I entered the wrong email?
If you entered the wrong email or no longer have access to the email you used for registration, please contact us at info@zosportu.sk. We will be happy to help resolve your issue.
How can I download my photos if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, click the "Forgot password" option below the form where you enter your email and password. After entering the email address used for registration, your password will be sent to that email.

If you forgot your password and also entered the wrong email or no longer have access to the registered email, please contact us at info@zosportu.sk. We will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.

Write to the e -mail address info@zosportu.sk and we will immediately delete your photos.
